The Old Hickory Double Wide Utility Shed
With any combination of Doors and Windows
Modular Double Wide Utility Buildings are comprised of two single-slope sheds with large frame-out openings on their high walls.
Available in 20′ wide 20’ to 30‘ long and 24’ wide 24’ to 40’ long.
They are delivered in two sections and assembled upon delivery. The remainder of the floor decking is then installed, and a ridge cap is added.
Double Wides come standard with a 3/12 roof pitch, 8’ side walls, 12” On Center Floor Joists and any combination of doors and windows.
They must be placed on a level gravel or concrete pad (provided by others) with the skids continuously supported.
Stamped engineered plans are included prior to any purchase.
All of the standard Colors, Doors, Windows, Snow Loads and building options are available.
