Old Hickory Sheds Built On-Site
If for whatever reason we cannot deliver a fully built and painted shed, the builders from the shop will come to your property and assemble one. They will bring all of the material and tools necessary.
A few things to note:
- Build-On-Site buildings are not eligible for the rent-to-own program.
- To order one there will be a 50% deposit required and the balance paid to the builder that comes to assemble it.
- There is an additional 10% fee paid directly to the builder, due upon his arrival at the job site.
- The footprint of your new shed must be within 3’ of level. If the job site is not level, talk to the builder about the quantity of blocks (supplied by the customer) that will be needed.
- There must be 3’ of space all around the shed for the builder to build the shed.
- The builder needs to get a pickup truck and a 30’ trailer within 300 feet of where the building will be built. The parking must be safe and legal. There must be an access corridor of at least 4’ wide and 8’ tall to get the material to the job site.
- There must be an adequate power source to run the builders’ power tools. If not please let the builder know in advance.
- Your building will not be painted or sealed. You will need to paint or stain it after construction is complete.
